He and his partner Maddison Park-Neilson source from  growers in the Riverland, South Australia. Wild fermentation, no additions at any stage. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSonnyboy is 75% Muscat of Alexandria (known in Italy as Zibibbo - actually one of the oldest cultivated grapes in the world, planted across the Mediterranean from Egypt to Sicily for centuries) and 25% Vermentino. Five weeks of skin fermentation, then pressed and matured in amphorae for seven months. Papaya, grapefruit peel, jackfruit and preserved limes underneath.
