This vibrant and crisp white wine is made with a blend of \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/gruner-veltliner\"\u003eGrüner Veltliner \u003c\/a\u003eand \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/gruner-veltliner\"\u003eSauvignon Blanc\u003c\/a\u003e and Furmint grapes, of which the Grüner Veltliner in planted densely together grown on hard limestone soils.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Sauvignon Blanc is more exposed, and both grapes are grown on his prized Leithaberg plots, which unlike most of his vines to the eastern side of Lake Neusiedl in Illmitz are actually on the other side of the lake, to the west and closer to Rust.
