Stone fruits dominate with touches of herbs and wet pebble minerality. Less invasive on aromatics than some other Malvasia wines, but still with a good twang on the finish for an easy drinking sipper!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHere in their Malvasia de Stiges 2024, the grapes are sourced from young vines around Santes Creus, Alt Camp in Catalonia. These vines are planted at roughly 360 metres altitude on limestone and clay baxed soils. The grapes are destemmed before they are macerated on the skins for a brief 3 days, then fermented in stainless steel.
