This red wine is made with mostly \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/nerello-mascalese\"\u003eNerello Mascalese\u003c\/a\u003e \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003ewith a small proportion of Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Minnella grapes typical of the volcano and winemaking here. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes come from around 70-year-old vines on volcanic soils. After manual harvest, fermentation starts spontaneously, followed by around three weeks of maceration.
