Cremant by Lukas Krauss is an INCREDIBLE VALUE SPARKLING WINE, made with the classic method (like Champagne). It's a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, so a Blanc de Noir Sekt. We are not sure why he calls it the French word Cremant, not Sekt.

We found it bursting with notes of Green Apple, Brioche, Lemon Zest all tingling with a lovely, delicate bubble structure. AMAZING VALUE!
