Clos Lentiscus is one of Spain's most known natural winemakers. Also known as 'The Bubble Man' thanks to his love of traditional method sparkling and pet nat wines, owner Manel Aviñó runs the winery set in a protected area in Penedes, Catalonia with his daughter Núria Aviñó.
