Grandbois Wines

Grandbois Wines is the project of Tanja and Philippe Grandbois, working organically on 3 hectares in the Mosel Valley. Their vineyards host Riesling, Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Müller Thurgau, and Satin Noir.

Philippe’s path ran through wineries in Australia, Burgundy, New Zealand, and Canada, while Tanja brings experience from pastry arts and German wineries. Together they’ve built a home and family in Maring-Noviand, shaping wines that speak both of the Mosel and their shared story.

Their focus is on light, vibrant wines—full of fruit, freshness, and character, each bottle carrying a sense of place and narrative. These are not wines for quiet cellars, but wines made to be shared.
