Poderi Cellario wine
Poderi Cellario is a reasonably sized natural wine producer from the Piedmonte region in Italy, who farm 30 hectares of grapes over the sourthern Langhe appelation. Owners Fausto and Cinzia Cellario farm a wide range of grapes, including Dolcetto, Nascetta, Arneis, Incrocio Manzoni and Barbera to name a few.
The wines of Poderi Cellario are quite different to what you might expect in the region, as drinkability, fun and quirkyness seem a long way from most winemakers results in the regon, where serious wines are expected. Popular glou glou wines from Poderi Cellario include E Orange and their Il Baffone Pet Nat.
