This grape is known for producing wines with a unique and distinctive flavor profile, but is similar in style to Sauvignon Blanc. Grüner Veltliner wines are typically dry, with high acidity and a medium to full body. They often exhibit flavors of green apple, citrus, white pepper, and a hint of spice.
