In regards to Natural Wine, Puglia is not the easiest place to find natural wine being made or even served, with notable exceptipons such as Valentina Passelacqua and lesser known producers like Moransini, Tenuta Macchiarola and l'Architipo.

The Puglia region is known for its full-bodied red wines, such as Primitivo and Negroamaro, as well as its refreshing white wines, like Fiano and Verdeca. These grape varieties thrive in Puglia's warm climate, resulting in wines that are packed with rich flavors and balanced acidity.
