Jean-Francois Ganevat is an iconic natural wine producer from south of Jura, in the small village of Rotalier in the Sud Revermont. His estate is called Domaine Ganevar. Having originally been working in Burgundy, Jean-Francois Ganevat and his wife Anne Ganevat have won followers the world over and his wines are found in top restaurants and the coolest wine bars alike, but as with all Jura wines - supply is limited for his domain bottlings. Jean Francois Ganevat also makes Negoce wines with other people's grapes. Instead of being called Domaine Ganevat, the negoce wines are labelled as Anne and Jean-Francois Ganevat, and feature different labels. Many other popular winemakers have studied under Ganevat, including Katie Worobeck, Nicolas Jacob and Alexandre Plassat.
