Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau - G&M 2022
G&M 2022 by Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau of Domaine la Boheme is a light orange wine, vinified in Auvergne but with grapes sourced elsewhere.
This blend changes year to year, with this 2022 featuring 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie (Zibibbo) from the south of France, 20% Gewürztraminer, 30% Chardonnay muscaté from auvergne and the rest us a mix of Grenache blanc and Grenache Gris, Ugni Blanc
This wine is beautiful! Aromatic, clean, interesting and tropical. Expect JUICY notes of peppermint, physalis, papaya, honeymelon, angostura bitters and much more. SUCH A DELIGHT. Highly recommended!
Roca Viva - Groovin High 2021
Groovin High 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Roca Viva, in the Andalusia region in Spain. This serious, and structured red wine is made with Jaén Tinto, Jaén Blanco and Vigiriega grapes taken from vines some over 100 years old, made at 1400m above sea level on Schist and Quartz soils.
What a wine!! Just be sure to put in a carafe for 30 minutes and serve in decent wine glasses to let this wine fully express itself as with the right treatment it is an absolute banger!
Expect vibant minerality that really seduces you in for more. WE ADORED notes of concentrated blackberry compote, gravel, dry tobacco and thyme ending in a long, smooth finish.

Andreas Ziniel - Hani Sankt Laurent 2021
Hani Sankt Laurent is a natural wine crafted by Ziniel, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This red wine is made with 100% Sankt Laurent grapes, which are grown on a single vineyard plot called Hani.
Here, poor gravel soils force the vines to go deep looking for water, which makes them work extra hard. This special bottle is complex and concentrated, and is Andreas Ziniel's most favoured wine.
Drinking the bottle with him over some Mangalitza pork spread on homemade bread, cherry tomatoes and onion pastries we had an absolute blast with it.
It is indeed complex and showcases the beauty of Sankt Laurent, which Andreas Ziniel rightly claims is an underrated grape.
Here in Hani 2021, peppery aspects on the nose straight away remind you of an elegant Syrah and the edgy, vegetal hints give it a sense of wildness which mingle perfectly with dark forest fruits. A beautiful Austrian wine, we truly adore!
Francesco Guccione - 19/20 Trebbiano
19/20 Trebbiano is a natural wine crafted by Francesco Guccione, in the Sicily region in Italy. This white wine is made with Trebbiano grapes, which are taken from both the 2019 and 2020 vintages.
With the fermentation of the 2020 on its indigenous yeasts well under way a slow and steady addition of 2019 is carried out throughout the fermentation. Upon completion the wine is put to rest in stainless steel until it is ready for bottling.
Porta del Vento - Lyr
Lyr is a very special sparkling wine crafted by Porta del Vento, in the Sicily region in Italy.
This sparkling wine is made with red Perricone grapes, so this is a Blanc de Noirs - and actually this is the FIRST sparkling wine made in this traditional method with Perricone !
This is absolutely divine, with notes of Marzipan, very light raspberry cordial and hints of Fennel.
