Domaine de l'Ecu | Fred Niger wine

Run by natural wine legends of the Loire Valley, Claire and Fred Niger, Domaine de l'Ecu is a natural wine estate known for producing vibrant and energeitc wines often made in Amphora. With a strong focus on Folle Blanche and Melon de Bourgogne as main grapes, but also working with others like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (and also buying Negoce grapes from elsewhere under the name 'Le Temps des Copains'), Domaine de l'Ecu is one of a few pioneeering producers in Muscadet, which is an area previously not known for quality and usually full of chemical producers. Fred Niger also helps out with other wine projects too, like AB Initio
