Stará Škola means "Old School" in Czech, and thats because this wine not only uses the oldest vines but is made in the old school way, of a field blend made with Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Grüner Veltliner, Sylvaner, Neuburger, Müller Thurgau and & Pálava grapes.
