Hurry… almost sold out!

Looking forward to a nice quiet Christmas by yourself? Then here are three wonderful bottles of natural wine to keep you company over the festive period:

Christian Tschida - Himmel auf Erden White Grand Cuvee 2023

Himmel auf Erden 'Grand Cuvée' 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This vibrant and crisp white wine is made with a blend of Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, of which the Grüner Veltliner in planted densely together grown on hard limestone soils.

The Sauvignon Blanc is more exposed, and both grapes are grown on his prized Leithaberg plots, which unlike most of his vines to the eastern side of Lake Neusiedl in Illmitz are actually on the other side of the lake, to the west and closer to Rust. Known for its wonderful Limestone soils, the Leithaberg is one of the oldest known winegrowing sites in the world, actually, with some evidence pointing to vines being grown here from the 8th century BC!

Bobinet - Le Temps est Bon

Le Temps est Bon is a fun, Pet Nat wine crafted by Domaine Calvez-Bobinet, in the Loire region in France - specifically Saumur. This naturally sparkling wine is made with a blend Chenin Blanc and just a dash of Grolleau Gris grapes.

Taken from 35 year old vineyards growing on a mix of limestone and clay, this Ancestral sparkling wine is beautifully refreshing, with quite energetic bubbles that make it have a persistent bubble structure.

Expect lovely mineralic, stoney vibes with touches of wet grass and citrus zest. This smasher may be fun, but its also somewhat elegant, with persistant bubbles that stay fresh in the glass for longer than most pet nats do. WE LOVE IT!

Patrick Bouju - Mol 2021

Mol by Patrick Bouju of Domaine la Boheme is a natural wine vinified in Auvergne with Merlot, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Muscat and Gamay grapes.

Mol is YUMMY! Especially with a cheeseboard!

This smooth 2021 blend has great depth on the finish considering its fresh and youthful mouthfeel. There is a hint of spice going on here, alongside cherry, violets and blackberry. Punches well above its weight for the price. Highly recommended!

Please note, our fancy new cart system will only recognise this as one product, but it will qualify for 3 bottles towards your shipping, at official checkout.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
