Hip Hip Chardonnay 2020 by L'Octavin is high acid wine made by Alice Bouvot in Arbois, Jura with Chardonnay grapes, which are macerated on the skins. These grapes are negoce, so not from Alice Bouvot directly but from local Vignerons. Expect Volatile acidity and edge, in L'Octavin style.
