After spending the night in the vineyard, the grapes were then brought to the winery where they were destemmed and crushed. After 30 days of maceration, the juices were pressed and aged for 2 years - 50% in amphora and the other 50% in French Oak. The wine was then bottled in October 2022, unfiltered & unfined and without added sulphur.
