Cariboom by L'Octavin is a natural red wine made in Jura with Carignan, Muscat, Viognier and Molette grapes, which are brought in from outside of Jura, so this is a Négoce wine made with both red and white grapes. Expect light, fruity and somewhat Christmas-spiced elements going on here. The whole team loved it.
