VIDEO: A conversation with Rachel Signer (Pipette Magazine, You Had Me At Pet Nat)
The Perfect Natural Wine... Doesn't Exist!
Sitting down at Augusta Wine Fair in Turin, we spoke to Rachel Signer, an accomplished natural wine writer, founder of Pipette wine magazine and author of the autobiographical book 'You Had Me At Pét-Nat', in addition to her own previous natural wine project Cleopatra wines (ex Persephone Wines).

Here below Rachel shares her opinions on how the perfect natural wine does not exist due to the difficulties in creating what natural wine consumers expect in regards to closed-loop sustainable farming at the same demand for a low price and flawless quality. She also discusses the reality of being a natural wine maker as well as why she decided to stop publishing popular natural wine magazine Pipette.
This video is made in collaboration with Augusta wine fair in Turin, which we highly recommend you visit if you love natural wines. It's awesome and well worth a trip!
