Elias Muster is the son of Sepp and Maria Muster, one of the most revered names in Austrian natural wine and rather than retreat from the comparison, he’s made something that stands entirely on its own. Elias is a somewhat shy, and genuinely humble young man who is making some of the most exciting wines the industry are getting pretty excited by.... but there is hardly any to go around!

Coprivus is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the family’s steepest plots in Südsteiermark, grown on Opok: the ancient limestone-clay soil that gives South Styrian Sauvignon its mineral character rather than tropical reach. The vines are 25 years old.
