Sextant Wine
Julien Atlaber started working for Burgundy estate Domain Derain, as legend Dominque Derain's right hand man. The two formed a strong friendship, and over the years Julien started to release his own Negoce wines under the name Sextant. Dominque Derain decided to retire, and Julien Altaber now runs the domaine with his wife and partner Carole Schwab. They run both Sextant and Domaine Derain from the same cellar in Saint-Aubin, working with typical Burgundy grapes such as Pinot Noir, Chadonnay and Aligote.
