Elios 2024 by Jean-Marc Dryer is a vibrant, energetic zero-added sulphite Pinot Noir from Alsace, made by a legend and master in the region.

A previous 2023 vintage of this Pinot Noir was armed with lively energy and bright acidity. Blackberry and tart apple crumble form the basis of this tasting note, with a hint of sour cherry, plum and wood ash thrown in. Very nice indeed. Serve chilled for best results.

Quite similar to a Jura red in some ways
