Carambolage II is a natural wine crafted by Domaine des Trouillères , in the  volcanic Auvergne region in France. This 13% red wine is made with Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, so a red-white blend.

Whilst we have not tried this yet, we hear it has vibrant notes of bright forest fruit berries and a subtle mineralic edge. The Chardonnay is directly pressed and aged for 12 months in small 225 l barrels before being blended with the reds, and then aging in stone for a further 6 months

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
