Etna Bianco Martinella 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Aitala, in the Sicily region in Italy. This white wine from Mount Etna is made with Carricante, Catarratto and Inzolia grapes.

These wines see a small drop of 15mg/l sulphur added at bottling, and on this white wine experienced natural wine drinkers may feel it a little. Otherwise it has pleasant floral touches, lots of lemon, stoney minerality and some flinty aspects with a nice, very mild buttery finish yet remains crisp and VERY acidic.
