Le Temps est Bon is a fun, Pet Nat wine crafted by Domaine Calvez-Bobinet, in the Loire region in France - specifically Saumur. This naturally sparkling wine is made with a blend Chenin Blanc and just a dash of Grolleau Gris grapes.

How is Le Temps Est Bon Pet Nat made?

Taken from 35 year old vineyards growing on a mix of limestone and clay, this Ancestral sparkling wine is beautifully refreshing, with quite energetic bubbles that make it have a persistent bubble structure.

Expect lovely mineralic, stoney vibes with touches of wet grass and citrus zest. This smasher may be fun, but its also somewhat elegant, with persistant bubbles that stay fresh in the glass for loinger than most pet nats do. WE LOVE IT!
