Pinot Noir 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Sylvain Jacquot of Caveau du Val de l'Amour in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, vinified in his winery in Cramans, which is essentially his garage at the back of his house. Its a very small operation, and he farms just 1.5-2 hectares so these wines are not easy to come by, and not too much sold outside the region.

With a mild v.a that does not bother, this scrumptious red offers up a HUGE burst of cocoa powder and chocolate like previous vintages have impressed us with. Herbs like rosemary and thyme creep in and there is a soft saltyness too, inviting you in for another sip. A banger, and very cool and unique!
