Bateau Blanc is a natural wine crafted by Clos Bateau, in the Beaujolais region in France. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes, which makes up less than 5% of the production in Beaujolais, with the majority going to Gamay.

This wine is beautifully saline, with bright green apple touches and a hint of lime, camomile and lemon pith, topped off with a chalky mouthfeel.
