NATURAL WINES BY GABRIO BINI

Gabrio Bini is a true legend in the natural wine world, crafting his one-of-a-kind wines on the hot, volcanic island of Pantelleria, off the coast of Sicily.
These amphora wines are a bit of an investment, but honestly, once you taste them, you’ll understand why—they’ve blown away everyone we’ve shared them with. The wines have an unmatched energy and flavor profile, full of fruit, acidity, earthiness, and aromatic complexity. The old, ungrafted vines from Serraghia make for some really unique expressions. Gabrio’s wines are fruity, earthy, concentrated, and a little wild around the edges. His popular bottles include the Serraghia Bianco, Rosato, Heritage, and the Giotto Reserva, named after his son.
