Limited to ONE PER ORDER due to very limited production.

This premium sparkling wine sees 30 months of contact on the lees before disgorgement.

How does Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature by Moritz Kissinger taste?

This premium Sekt has a seriously acidic kick to it, so we would describe it as one for acid-lovers! If it was to be compared to a flavour profile, we would say it reminds us of a lemon-meringue pie, which a chalky element in it too. Lovely bubble structure, very refined like Champagne but again - more on the acid side of things than creamy.
