P&G 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir and Gamay (d'Auvergne) grapes, grown in Auvergne from their neighbours on the hillside of Gergovie. The wine undergoes one week of maceration with whole bunches and is aged in a mix of stainless steel as well as Amphora. Expect a spicy, peppery profile typical of the volcanic soils here.
