Gamay 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Rachel Signer of Persephone Wines, in the Adelaide Hills region in Australia.

This red wine is made with  100% Gamay grapes, and is a pretty punk rock wine, with notes of Cherry and Strawberry and a soft peppery suggestion. Mega-unfiltered, mega fun, pretty wild and not for everyone but a somewhat crazy juice for sure!
