Bourgogne Aligoté 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab of Sextant, in the Burgundy region in France. This white wine is made with Aligote grapes, which is the lesser known Burgundy white grape - but with a loyal following

Sourced from old-vine Aligoté, this crisp and easy going wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and fresh herbs. The palate is gives off notes of Lemon Sherbert with a chalky texture.

Mineralic and refreshing, and ideal as an apertif. Not a serious Aligote and instead fresh with a playful charm

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.

Sextant & Domain Derain

Julien Atlaber started working for Burgundy estate Domain Derain, as legend Dominque Derain's right hand man. The two formed a strong friendship, and over the years Julien started to release his own Negoce wines under the name Sextant. Dominque Derain decided to retire, and Julien Altaber now runs the domaine with his wife and partner Carole Schwab. They run both Sextant and Domaine Derain from the same cellar in Saint-Aubin, working with typical Burgundy grapes such as Pinot Noir, Chadonnay and Aligote
