Malvasia CARSO 2018 by Zidarich is an orange wine made in Friuli with Malvasia grapes.

At first this is a clean and classic Malvasia which will be accepted by all at the dinner table. Give it enough air, or reopen on day 2 and you’ll be greeted with more attitude, more herbaciousness and more rounded , very mild skin-contact characteristics Honeymelon, salt, thyme and tiny whispers of mandarin reveal themselves after time.
