Crémant d’Alsace de Raphael is a natural wine crafted by the collective Les Vins Pirouettes, in the Alsace region in France.

This sparkling wine is made with Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes. It is more on the dried fruits side of things, than the crisp and fresh style.

Vegetal notes of celery, alongside sultanas and brioche. EXCELLENT VALUE AND DELICIOUS!
