Christoph Heiss is a natural wine producer, working under the name Malinga Wines and is baed in the Kamptal region in Austria. The Malinga wines are very much on the borderline between natural and classic, and are not zero zero but are made with lower intervention than most in the region for sure. Check out the Riesling and Grüner Veltliner if you want a crisp Austrian experience.
