Pinot Noir by Der Glücksjager is a red wine made in the Pfalz region of Germany with Pinot Noir grapes, which is known in German as Spätburgunder.

Production details of Pinot Noir (Der Glücksjäger): This Pinot Noir comes from Der Glücksjäger in the Pfalz region of Germany. The producer cultivates 30 hectares and bottles around 40,000 bottles per year across varieties including Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Weissburgunder, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, all farmed using a lunar-calendar approach. Sulphur kept at 30-40 mg/l. The Dalmatian dog on the label is their dog Anouk.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pinot Noir by Der Glücksjäger, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, raspberry, light spice and a soft Pfalz Spätburgunder elegance.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
