Les Vignes Herbel | Loire Natural Wine

Les Vignes Herbel is Laurent Herbel and his partner Nadège Lelandais, working in Anjou in the Loire. They take inspiration from other Anjou names like Mark Angeli and Olivier Cousins, though their own style sits apart and often runs oxidative.

La Rue aux Loups 2015 is the wine we have, a Chenin Blanc, and we adore it: nutty and complex. Being oxidative, it will hold in the fridge for a week or so once opened and keep evolving gently, so you do not need to finish the bottle in one sitting.
