Biancoviola 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Aldo Viola, in the Sicily region in Italy. This WHITE (used to be orange) wine from Alcamo is made with Grillo and Catarratto grapes.

This wine is fresh and with a lemony floral edge. Very tasty indeed!

NATURAL WINES BY ALDO VIOLA

Aldo Viola works near Alcamo in western Sicily, not far from Palermo, with yellow flowers and cover crops growing between the vines. His brother Alessandro makes wine on the other side of town on different soils, and the styles are very different. Aldo's wines are structured, raw and fairly classic. We love the Plus Syrah with a steak, and the Brutto pét-nat for something easier.
