PumpUp by Yellow Magic Winery is a natural wine made in Yamagata with Campbell Early grapes.
MORE Tasting Notes:
CRAZY. Cherry filled dark chocolate sweeties, chilli jam, petrol, blueberry, tea and the right amount of nail polish remover without being distracting. A delight.

Yellow Magic Winery has only been around for a couple of years but founder Sumito Iwaya is one of Japan’s most experienced winemakers, as well as one of the first pioneers of low-intervention wines in the country, back in the early 1990s.
The name “Pump Up” is intended to express the playfulness, energy and exuberance that comes pouring out of this bottle. Made from carbonic macerated Campbell Early, a popular table grape grown in the northeast of Japan, it has a deep red-to-purple colour and is refreshing and highly drinkable.
It carries notes of black currants, strawberries, eucalyptus, wine gums and Russian Earl Grey tea.
No sulphites added.
