Pisador (La Stoppa in Chile) by Agricola La Mision is a natural wine made in Maule with País grapes.

La Stoppa is an iconic estate in Emilia Romagna, worked by Elena Pantaleoni, as well as her partner Guilio Armani who operates Denavolo wines.

Interesting concept wine from Chile, using ungrafted abandoned vineyards and receiving wine consultation from respected Italian producer La Stoppa, who are in partnership to make this wine. No added sulphur.

 

High, almost volatile acidity makes this rich wine fresh, with that lovely Mezcal note shining through.
