L'immortelle 2024 by Le Petite Commanderie is a natural wine made in Languedoc with Syrah and Grenache grapes.

Production details of L'immortelle: L'immortelle is made by Stéphane Madiec at La Petite Commanderie in Corbières, in the Languedoc region of France. The blend is roughly 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then ferment without added sulphur for a concentrated fruity organic red.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of L'immortelle by La Petite Commanderie, but we hear it has notes of dark plum, dried herbs, black pepper, garrigue and a juicy southern lift.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
