La Pause is a natural wine crafted by Laurent Saillard, in the Loire region in France. This red wine is made with Gamay grapes, and whilst it's from the Loire it could easily be mistaken for a Beaujolais Morgon, in the style of Lapierre.

This Gamay is a beauty. Lovely nose!

Rich and fruity, cinnamon stick and vanilla. Great mouthfeel.
