Mr. Pinot Extra Brut is a sparkling natural wine crafted by Marada, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic.

The supplier of this Marada wines states it is a traditional method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir. 24 months in oak barrels and 18 months on lees. Elegant and well structured, with aromas of fig, dried strawberries, dried cranberries, biscuit and cinnamon. Do you know those Italian biscuits with fig jam?
