Marco Sara is a natural wine producer from the Friuli region in Italy, farming around 8 hectares of "Ponca" soil, which is basically the same as "Opok" soil in nearbouring Styria of Austria, known to give off good expressions of minerality.
Marco Sara works with regional varietals like Friulano (aka Tokaj) and Ribolla Galla.
