Martin Vajčner 'Dekadence' is a 100% Pinot Noir wine from the Czech vineyard in Oblekovice

Maceration 6 months on the skins in Moravian amphora followed by maturing in French oak.

No added yeast. No filtration, no clarification. Zero added sulfur.

Fruity, spicy, elegant, energetic with very smooth tannins.
