Proxy E is a non-alcoholic proxy wine crafted by Bouche, in the Berlin region in Germany. This non alcoholic alternative to wine is made with white tea, refined with fermented honey and sage and silverberry.

 The honey brings a delicate, hovering sweetness, sage adds herbal depth and silverberry delivers a fine, mineral finish. Fresh, layered and with fine effervescence. An alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative with its own character.
