Ruben 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Bobinet, in the Loire region in France. This red wine is made with Cabernet Franc grapes, and is the first wine which Sébastien and Émeline have produced together. Tasting wise this wine is concentrated in it's fruity complexion, quite rich and food ready for sure with some tannic presence. Drink with friends within one hour, as becomes unstable (tasted just after arrival, may have been from travel)

Domaine Bobinet states that their Ruben wine "is a delicately structured wine, with depth and plenty of freshness; a fruity and juicy Cabernet Franc, with silky tannins, which makes you want to pour yourself another glass.

Ruben is a true chameleon. It pairs easily with all kinds of dishes, from simple to more sophisticated, and can be enjoyed from appetizer to dessert.
