Vin Da Cagnara (Garganega) Litro Bianco 2025 is a ONE LITRE BOTTLE of natural wine crafted by Sassara, in the Veneto region in Northern Italy. This white wine is made with 100% Garganega grapes.
Expect subtle notes of fresh white flowers, green apple and citrus zest on the nose, complemented by hints of almond and a light, mineral-driven finish. It's not a huge wine in terms of shouting flavours, and this makes is quite a family friendly, easy going, no fuss litre of Italian white wine, ideal for the table for no complaints.
There is a touch of tannin, unusual for a white which makes it ideal for pasta dinners and chicken recipes.
The fermentation occurs with minor skin contact in small tanks without temperature control, followed by resting and ageing primarily in stainless-steel tanks, with some ageing also taking place in glass tanks. After pressing, the wine spends about five months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
