Beaujolais Nouveau 2023 is a fresh, fun and easy going natural wine by Domaine Pacalet, in the Beaujolais region in France. This Nouveau red wine is made with 100% Gamay grapes, using carbonic maceration to minimise tannins and bring out joyful fruit undertones.

We found delightful notes of cranberry, unripe banana, some whispers of herbs and just a touch of white pepper. Some more structure than expected giving it a slightly rustic feel

Located in southwest France, Beaujolais is known for its focus on one grape variety—Gamay—making up 98% of the region's vineyards. The other 2% is mostly Chardonnay.
