Pacina is a classic, old school style natural wine producer from the Tuscany region in Italy.
Found in the Chianti region, Pacina operate in an old monastery of the 10th century! Run by Giovanna Tiezzi Borsa, the winery made their first bottle of natural wine without sulphites in 1987, which is quite unusual and why many consider Pacina to be one of the original godfathers of Italian natural wine.
